The staff were superb. Friendly and welcoming from the get go. The optician was friendly and informative. The practice manager helped me choose my lenses which took forever, and she was not inpatient with me at all. I would highly recommend this branch, they were lovely and really helpful.

I was seen on time. I did not have the peripheral vision test pressed on me when I declined it. Hema, the optician, recognised that I am an educated person and so explained many things to me as she did her job that previous opticians have not bothered with. The only downsides are to do with the hearing test and they are not the subject of this questionnaire

Great service, went in to book appointment for myself and husband and we were able to have an appointment straight away. Appointment and new glasses ordered within about an hour, staff (Amisha, Peter and Ria) were extremely friendly, chatty and efficient. Will definitely be back. Thanks for an easy experience at changing our glasses.
